Membership Dues
This annual fee is due and payable each year and is a requirement in order to remain on the Medical Staff, pursuant of Medical Staff Rules Section 8.6. Your fee also goes toward access to and maintenance of this website.
Annual Fee for each fiscal year (April 1 to March 31): $200
Payments for each year are due on March 31.
