Event Application

This form to be completed for single or series of events with a common purpose. For example, a single CME event, a series of Physician Wellness events, supporting a series of journal clubs, funding a specific workshop.

PAH Application for Physician Engagement Projects Form

The purpose of this form is to invite Peace Arch medical staff to identify and submit initiatives for consideration and funding. Initiatives should be focused on improving patient care. The Peace Arch Medical Staff Physician Society - Working Group will review all submitted initiatives. The author will receive notification of the status of the application within 4-6 weeks of submission.

The funding cannot be used for the following:

  • Advertising with the exception of physician recruitment ads

  • Compensation for clinical services

  • Purchase of real estate and vehicles

  • Purchase of clinical equipment

  • Donations to charities or political parties

  • Meeting attendance that is presently required as part of maintaining privileges

  • Physicians’ sessionals and expenses for required CME accredited clinical training

  • Independent physician research projects that are typically funded by research grants.
